Ireland
Close Brothers Limited acquired Bluestone Motor Finance (Ireland) DAC in 2023 and rebranded the business to Close Brothers Motor Finance in April 2024.
As motor finance experts, we work with an established nationwide base of motor dealers. Since 2014, we’ve specialised in providing finance for cars and vans throughout Ireland.
Combining industry-leading digital expertise with a personal touch allows us to provide a fast and affordable "yes" wherever possible, and we pride ourselves on going that extra mile to help.
In the UK and Ireland, we provide finance for both new and used cars and light commercial vehicles (LCVs). In the UK, we also provide finance for motorcycles, and leisure vehicles, like caravans and motorhomes.
The unique way we make lending decisions means we review applications on a case by case basis, offering flexible terms, where we can, to suit your needs.
Our finance products for customers allow you to:
- Drive the vehicle you want by spreading the cost across fixed monthly payments.
- Choose from a range of products (including Conditional Sale, Hire Purchase and Personal Contract Purchase - UK only) depending on your needs and situation. So whether you want to own the vehicle, keep monthly payments as low as possible, or have an option to upgrade or hand back the vehicle at the end of your agreement, our products can help.
- Easily set up and arrange your finance since we work with your chosen dealership.
After finding the right vehicle, the dealer can put together an application for finance on your behalf to send to us. We're often able to arrange your finance while you wait.
